Natasha infuses a deep wisdom from years of study and practice with a refreshing lightness in all her various types of classes and methods of teaching. An Alaskan transplant, she discovered yoga in her hometown of Anchorage in 2000. Enlivened by the yoga practice of linking breath with movement, she set out to awaken the teacher within. Having healed years of physical pain from a horrible car crash, Natasha passionately aims to help her students feel comfortable in their body. When we are in pain or discomfort it difficult to show up and be truly present. She recognizes that too often
we settle into a state of dis-ease rather than giving time and effort to explore and make habit changes that alleviate pain and allow oneself to thrive in the body, mind and spirit. Natasha works to help connect students to their own inner body wisdom.
