Serese was introduced to the 26&2 hot yoga in 1996, and since, has had a 3x a week regular practice.  The endless health benefits gained in the heat inspired her to become a certified instructor to share this timeless sequence; 26 therapeutic yoga postures, two breathing exercises, one large room infrared heated room.  With the combined benefits of stretching through the 26 asanas and the heat, the genius sequence helps put the body back on track-strengthening a body that is less prone to injury and joint problems as we get older. Now that is a worthwhile investment.
