ASSUMPTION OF RISK: I understand and acknowledge that participating in yoga, Pilates and fitness activities, including but not limited to yoga classes, Pilates classes, and any other activities offered by Inversion, involves a risk of personal injury, illness, and property damage. I am aware that these activities may be physically strenuous and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge of the potential risks involved.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY: I hereby agree to assume all risks and responsibility for any injuries, illnesses, or damages I may sustain while participating in Inversion classes, workshops, trainings, or events. I release Inversion Yoga Studio, LLC, its instructors, staff, and all related parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, now or in the future, for any injury, illness, or damage resulting from my participation.

MEDICAL CONSIDERATIONS: I am aware that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician before participating in any physical activity at Inversion. I confirm that I am in good health and have no medical conditions that would prevent my safe participation in these activities. I will inform the instructor of any medical conditions or physical limitations that may affect my participation.

CONDUCT AND SAFETY: I agree to abide by the rules, policies, and guidelines established by Inversion. I understand that any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in my removal from the class, workshop, training or event without refund.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA: I consent to the use of any photographs, videos, or recordings taken during Inversion classes, workshops, or events for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes without compensation. I understand that my image may be used in print materials, online, and on social media.

MINORS: If I am signing on behalf of a minor, I certify that I am the legal guardian or parent of the participant and agree to all terms outlined in this Liability Waiver and Release on their behalf. I accept full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages associated with their participation.

EMERGENCY MEDICAL TREATMENT: In the event of an emergency, I consent to receiving medical treatment deemed necessary by Inversion staff or emergency responders. I understand that I am responsible for all associated medical costs.

USE OF EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES: I understand and agree that I am responsible for using all equipment and facilities at Inversion safely and appropriately. I release Inversion from any liability arising from misuse of equipment or facilities.

NO REFUNDS: I understand that payments for classes, workshops, trainings, or events are non-refundable, even if I am unable to participate due to injury, illness, or removal for conduct violations.

CLASS BOOKING AND CANCELLATIONS: You must cancel class at least 6 hours in advance for Reformer + Equipment Based Pilates and at least 2 hours in advance for all mat based classes. If you do not show up for a class you are enrolled in you will automatically be charged a $20 no show fee. If you do not cancel your attendance before the cancellation window has closed prior to the start of class, you will be charged a $20 late cancellation fee. 

RESERVATIONS: You must be physically present and checked in at the start of your scheduled class or your spot may be given to a waitlisted client. 

ATTENDANCE: Please arrive on time for classes and sessions. Late arrivals (beyond 5 minutes after the start time) may not be permitted entry. Please check in on the self-check-in ipads or with the front desk. 

PERSONAL PROPERTY: I understand that I am responsible for all of my possessions while at Inversion and I will not be compensated for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. 

SEVERABILITY: If any provision of this Liability Waiver and Release is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

GOVERNING LAW: This Liability Waiver and Release is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming without regard to conflict of law principles.

AGREEMENT: By registering for any Inversion class, workshop, training, or event, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to this Liability Waiver and Release. My electronic acceptance or participation serves as my signature and agreement to these terms.

By participating in any Inversion class, workshop, training, or event, you acknowledge and agree to this waiver and release of liability. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not participate in our activities.
