This is the summit of reformer work — an 18-hour, 3-day immersion into 70 high-intensity exercises built for the body that’s ready to be pushed. Developed by the STOTT PILATES® Academy team for instructors who already know their way around Advanced Reformer, this course carries you through the entire repertoire in one continuous, flowing experience — starting with a brief warmup, then moving fluidly through every exercise as a single, unbroken workout.

Along the way, you’ll gain a sharper eye for how movement elevates and layers on itself — how stability, mobility, sequencing, balance, endurance, and coordination all come together at their highest expression.

• Total Training Time: 18 hours across 3 days of instruction and practical application.
• Repertoire Volume: 70 advanced-level exercises that challenge functional strength, flexibility, balance, and control to their edge.
• Target Audience: Highly conditioned clients, athletes, and dancers.
• Prerequisites: Completion of Essential and Intermediate Reformer training.
