Join special guest Candace Blair, from Soul Fire Social, for this immersive two-hour journey designed to calm the nervous system, grounding you in heart-centered awareness, before elevating the spirt and creating sacred space for reflection and deep listening as the instruments take you deep into a healing, theta state.

We will begin by sharing a shamanic dose of 100% pure Guatemalan cacao, selecting oracle cards and setting personal intentions. Then, we all work through a series of pranayama’s designed to ground our energies, bringing us into a peaceful state of flow & expansion.. From there, settle in and lie back as Candace weaves the sounds of bowls, drums, chimes, gongs and medicine music into a relaxing & mystical soundscape. Use the vibrations to wash away energy that no longer serves you so you can step forward, into the energies of the Fire Horse, to embody more courage, strength and clarity on the path forward!
