We’ll begin by calling in the “goddess spirit,” sharing a shamanic dose of ceremonial cacao and setting deep intentions before clearing and expanding our energetic field through the power of breath. From there, settle in and lie back as we weave the sounds of bowls and gongs into a mystical soundscape for introspection and deep listening. Let the vibrations wash away what you’re ready to release, awakening your imaginal cells and creating space for more love, more opportunity, and more authentic living.
