Sunday, September 13th with Lisa Morton

10am-12pm

Add explosive power to your Reformer practice. This workshop dives into programming that builds strength and stability through the hips, knees, and ankles — both lying down and standing — using the jumpboard attachment.

You’ll learn how to modify Reformer starting positions to layer in core strength, joint stability, and lower-body power through dynamic, plyometric movement.

Equipment & Focus

  • Reformer — the foundation for every exercise in this format
  • Jumpboard / Jumpboard with Cross-bow — for plyometric push-offs and added upper-body support
  • Foam Cushion C (optional) — supports head and neck alignment
  • Core stability — the throughline of the whole session, keeping pelvis and spine neutral even as the springs and jumps add load

Open to All

No prerequisites required — this workshop is open to anyone ready to bring more power and stability into their practice. Whether you’re brand new to the jumpboard or looking to sharpen your technique, come as you are and leave with tools you can use right away.
