Coming from a background of dance and strength training Jill was intrigued when first introduced to Bikram Yoga in 2011. It wasn’t long before her curiosity deepened expanding her practice to Vinyasa, Hatha and the alike. Following a snowboard injury in 2017 Jill discovered the path of restorative yoga. After giving birth in 2020 her body was craving physical activity and the energy that flows with it. Jill decided to dive deeper getting her 200hr YTT along with a 40hr Sculpt Training at Inversion Yoga in 2022. In the years to follow she has become Stott Pilates Trained in Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrels. Through Yoga and Pilates she has grown community, physical strength and mental clarity and she can’t wait to share these tools with you. Outside of her personal practice, Jill enjoys time with her daughter, being in nature, jewelry making, crafting, snowboarding, hiking, gardening and being in and on the water.
