Isabel came to Jackson the long way — all the way from Wales, UK — and hasn’t looked back since. It was the mountains that brought her here, but it was yoga and lifestyle that made her stay. When she began learning to ski, she quickly discovered that mobility, strength, and injury prevention weren’t optional extras — they were essential. That realization sparked a deep dive into yoga that led to 300+ hours of Vinyasa and strength training certifications.

Isabel’s classes are grounded and fluid, weaving fundamental body postures together with intentional breathwork to create a practice that feels both accessible and alive. Her energy is warm and genuinely welcoming — the kind that makes first-timers feel at home and seasoned practitioners feel seen.

Beyond group classes, Isabel offers private bookings for those looking for a more personalized experience. She’s also expanding into Pilates, currently completing her STOTT Pilates certification — bringing the same precision and care to the reformer that she brings to the mat.
