Heather Ardis

My passion for yoga blossomed from my love for mountain sports; as an avid ski mountaineer, biker and runner I initially practiced to physically restore and strengthen. Throughout years of dedicated practice, I became deeply rooted in the philosophy and history of the practice.
I held a career in sports medicine for a decade and brought an extensive understanding of anatomy and physiology to the mat. I have a comprehensive wheelhouse of over 600 hours of training in vinyasa, power, hot, sculpt and restorative yoga from Maui, Crested Butte and Boulder. I have over 3,000 hours of teaching experience and bring elements of chanting and pranayama to a powerful asana driven class.
I’ve had the pleasure of leading over a dozen 200 hour teacher trainings and leading international yoga retreats.
When I am not sharing the gift of yoga, you can find me running in the mountains, traveling around the world, gardening or adventuring in my van with my pup and husband, Daniel. I also enjoy a career in wildlife conservation travel.
