Brooke Zutler

Brooke Zutler is a Yin and Restorative yoga teacher based in Jackson Hole, deeply influenced by the pace and physicality of mountain life. A former competitive ski racer and current full-time ski instructor at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, she understands the demands of high-output movement and the importance of intentional recovery in supporting long-term well-being.

Brooke is drawn to Yin yoga as a counterbalance to a fast-paced lifestyle, valuing the practice not simply as “yoga,” but as a powerful tool for cultivating balance, resilience, and overall health. Through long-held, meditative postures, breath awareness, and quiet stillness, her classes invite a shift in perspective—creating space for introspection, nervous system regulation, and renewed clarity. Much of Brooke’s own creativity and sense of equilibrium has emerged through Yin-based practice, shaping the way she teaches and holds space.

Her classes are known for their refined pacing, candlelit atmosphere, and thoughtfully curated music, offering an experience that feels grounded, restorative, and quietly luxurious. Brooke teaches with subtlety and care, allowing students to slow down, reconnect, and leave feeling centered, restored, and supported both on and off the mountain.
