This Barre Training will prepare you to teach Barre in any setting. Whether you are looking to refine your practice, or to teach what you’ve learned to others, this course will give you a skill set you can take with you anywhere you go.

Thursday + Friday 4:15pm-8pm

4:15 – 5:15 Led Barre Class

5:30 – 7:00 Session | Anatomy + Physiology

7:00 – 8:00 Session | Methodology

Saturday + Sunday 8am-5:30pm

8:00 – 9:00 Led Barre Class

9:15 – 10:45 Session | Anatomy + Physiology

10:45 – 12:15 Session | Methodology + Practicum

1:15 – 2:45  Session | Physiology + Posture Study

2:45 – 4:15 Session | Practicum + Student Teach

4:20 – 5:20 Round Robin Barre Class

40 Hour Course includes

24 Contact Hours

• 18 hrs Sessions
• 4 hrs Teacher Led Classes
• 2 hrs Student Round Robin

16 Non-Contact Hours

• 3 hrs Home Videos – Submit Forms
• 3 hrs Class Observations – Submit Form
• 5 hrs Self Study – Choose Barre book, read, make own class, submit final exam
• 5 hrs Student Teach – Submit Forms

Tuition

$795, $650 if enrolled by 7/1/2025

Course fee paid 1 month before the course starts

Payment plans are available as needed with 50% down payment paid 1 month before the course starts
