INVERSION SCHOOL for YOGA, BARRE + PILATES

Our School is for deepening connection with self and unwinding into our most genuine nature. Through immersive studies and dedicated practice, we become more intimate with our inner knowing, peel away old habits and patterns of thought and behavior, and strengthen new neural pathways that aline with our heart’s intention. All of our trainings, immersions, and courses are structured to expand consciousness and heal disintegrated parts of the self. After 13+ years of hosting YTT programming, our courses are well defined and effective. Our teachers have ample experience in leading trainings and know how to hold space, communicate curriculum clearly, and support you in your experience. Our intention is for you to be seen, welcomed, and loved as you expand your studies into the vast field of yoga and other healing modalities.
