Trish Ireland

Patricia, or Trish as most people call her, is honored to have the platform to share the gift of yoga with everyBODY. With a background in dance, she is no stranger to the vast healing effects of mindful body movement.  Trish pushes her students while providing a fun and safe atmosphere for growth and expansion (cosmically speaking).

Trish is a total yoga geek, she loves everything about it! She started teaching to learn more and she learns more  to teach you better! She believes strongly in continuing education for the sake of her students as well as her own practice. She is currently pursuing her 500 hour certification. She revels in every opportunity to tap into the greater well of knowledge, and she loves to share!

Trish knows that there is no quick fix to the human experience. As a student of Patanjali and the Yoga Sutras she understands that only through consistent practice, and the ability to let go can we begin the journey to moment-to-moment awareness and clarity in our daily lives.
