Sarah teaches Kripalu style Vinyasa Flow, Hot Yoga, and Kundalini classes. She sustains and nourishes her students and our community. Her soft demeanor and experienced instruction encourages her student into postures they are often surprised they can enter. She holds a B.A. in French and a Masters in Psychology and Counseling (scroll down for scheduling one-on-one counseling session with Sarah). As a teacher for Yoga Today, Sarah is well established within the yoga community both locally and world-wide. She lives in Jackson with her son, Oliver, and enjoys incorporating breath work as well as yoga philosophy into her career as a counselor. You will leave Sarah’s classes feeling energized and surprised by a newfound inner strength.
“May I become a protector for those without one, a guide for those who have entered the path;
May I become a bridge, a boat and a ship for those who wish to cross over.
May I be an island for those who seek one and a lamp for those needing light,
May I be a bed for all who wish to rest and a servant for all who want a servant.”
