Natalie has been practicing yoga for over ten years and teaching yoga since 2016 as a balance to years of soccer training, playing, and coaching. Her primary practice is sculpt stemming from her love of high intensity circuit training. She has completed teacher trainings with CorePower Yoga in Chicago. In her spare time, she enjoys puzzles, hiking, baking, all things science and adventuring with her sidekick pup – Ace. Natalie’s classes combine energetic music with strength building holds and postures to encourage mindfulness and the opportunity to be present supported by safe alignment.
