Monika, a German native but global citizen at heart, is a Yoga Alliance 200 hour certified Vinyasa Flow and Pre & Postnatal teacher with international teaching experience (most recently in London) and multiple trainings and workshops under her belt, including Pre & Postnatal, Baby Yoga & Massage, Kundalini, Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga.
As a new mom, her current focus is Pre & Postnatal, Yoga for (In)Fertility, Hypnobirthing and Mommy & Me-Yoga.
She strives to make her classes soothing, yet challenging – for every type of practitioner, from beginners to advanced to moms to-be and new moms – and to leave her students nurtured and empowered.
In her free time Monika enjoys hiking with her husband and dog, Yoga, Pilates, traveling and healthy cooking.
“Yoga has always meant far more to me than just a physical workout, or getting into an apex pose. Rather, it represents the journey to grow closer to my TRUE SELF and to recognize the possibilities (physical, mental and emotional) that lie within, both on and off the mat. While we cannot control things around us, Yoga is the most useful tool I’ve come across to deal with how we perceive and respond to life. This is what I am most excited to share with my students.”
