Yoga has been a huge part of Emily’s life since she began practicing Bikram Yoga in college. In the beginning, she loved how she felt after class. She was instantly hooked! Her body was transforming and she was learning how to calm her body and mind through the power of controlling the breath. Now Emily’s practice has been teaching her to pause, take in a big breath, and soak in the big, beautiful, simple moments that make life special. She is beyond excited to share her love for yoga and help her students deepen their awareness of themselves and the world we live in. When not at the studio, you can find Emily baking, white water rafting, or hanging with her sled dog, Kashmir.
