8-Week Evidence-Based Course with Sasha Dingle: Train healthy habits of the mind utilizing mindfulness meditation techniques and leveraging neuroscience research.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction helps individuals develop skills in mental focus, self-awareness, and resilience, which allows more effective responses to life challenges. MBSR can allow participants to overcome specific stressors in their lives and nurtures physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well being. Utilizing mindfulness meditation techniques and leveraging neuroscience research, participants will train healthy habits of mind with this 8-week evidence-based course.
Your Mindfulness Personal Trainer, Sasha Dingle, is a MBSR teacher and the founder of Mountain Mind Project based in Jackson, WY. She has facilitated mindfulness initiatives in the areas of healthcare, non-profit and business workplaces, education, and sports mental training.
Entry into MBSR requires completion of a registration form and a 30 minute phone or in-person pre-course intake meeting to assess whether it is the right time to participate in MBSR.
