Mind – Strength Project; Mental Fitness Mentoring w/ Ryan Burke

Come explore the neuroscience behind why humans make bad decisions in the mountains and in daily life. The Mind-Strength Project is an interactive discussion group that examines ways to retrain your brain and stay composed under pressure. Weekly topics include: Evolutionary Psychology of Relationships, Exposure Desensitization Training, Preventative and Reactive Coping Strategies, and Risk Composure Exercises. This group is led by Ryan Burke (LPC) who is a Comprehensive Lifestyle Therapist, Enthusiastic Yogi, Intermittent Buddhist, Endurance Mountaineer, and Compulsive Donut Eater.
Weekly Sessions 7:30-8:30pm, every Monday Evening Begins January 22 Suggested Donation: $10
