Digital Classes: Getting Started

Stay safe, stay home, and practice with us online!

We are using the digital streaming platform Zoom to offer you classes online at this time. Here is all you’ll need to know to get started:

  1. Download Zoom to your laptop, tablet, or phone and create your own personal Zoom account. It’s free!
  2. Next, check out our online schedule on MindBody Online, the MindBody App, or click here.
  3. To sign up for a class, first create a MindBody profile if you don’t already have one, then click “Sign Up” next to the class you wish to attend. **PLEASE NOTE: We are limiting class sign-ups to no more than 5 days in advance so we can stay on top of scheduling classes in MindBody and Zoom. Classes will be available to sign up for within that 5 day window.
  4. Once you sign up for class, you will receive an automated class reservation confirmation to the email associated with your MindBody account. This email will contain the Zoom link and meeting ID to join class!
  5. From that email, either click on the Zoom class link OR open your Zoom app, click “Join” and enter the Meeting ID.
  6. You will automatically be added to the class via video!

Helpful Hints:

  • If you don’t see the email with the Zoom link to class in your inbox at least 15 minutes before class, check your “Promotions” folder – if it’s still not there, please email us at
  • If you’re not receiving emails from us, please check that we have your current email address on file – this will be the same email address associated with your MindBody account
  • Have your yoga space set up before joining class – get creative with props! A couch pillow makes a great bolster, books can substitute for blocks, and cans of soup make excellent weights
