Heated Vinyasa

A full vinyasa flow practice with 3-5 sets of Sun Salutation As, 3-5 sets of Sun Salutations Bs, standing postures, balancing postures, floor postures, backbends, and inversions. While we do flow in these classes, we aim to hold postures for at least 5 breaths, take time to move into proper alignment, and move with the steady pace of the breath. Classes break down a postural theme in each class to move students deeper into a peak posture. Please modify and take it easy as you need!

Hot Fusion

A powerful flow class that fuses vinyasa and hot series postures. These classes are heated to 98-100 degrees. You will sweat! Through mindful movement, breath, and thoughtfully choreographed sequencing, this class aims to expand awareness within the mental, physical, and spiritual body. Find your inner expression and bring light to the hidden shadows within the self. Expect to move through sun salutations followed by a variety of postures to open the body and challenge the mind. Please modify and take it easy as you need!

98-100 degrees, 50% humidity

Hot 60

A 60 minute all levels class. This 26 asana series is designed to stretch and warm the muscles, while encouraging balance, strength, flexibility and weight-loss. While Hot Yoga is a great place for beginners to initiate their yoga practice, it also offers the seasoned yogi continued growth with challenging advanced postures. Do not be alarmed if our instructors take the liberty to add some postures to the set sequence to further serve you in deepening your practice!

Great for all levels. 105 degrees, 50% humidity.

Hot 90

A 90 minute class-This 26 asana series is designed to stretch and warm the muscles, while encouraging balance, strength, flexibility and weight-loss. While Hot Yoga is a great place for beginners to initiate their yoga practice, it also offers the seasoned yogi continued growth with challenging advanced postures. Heated Rocket

Based off of the teachings of Larry Schultz. This practice moves through a shortened Rocket sequence introducing students to a taste of Ashtanga with modifications and fun transitions that can open up your practice to a new kind of transformation. All levels are welcome.

Hot 26 & 2 Express

An hour long “express” practice. We will do all of the traditional breathwork and postures in the hot 26&2 series, however in this “express” version we will practice 2 sets of some poses and 1 set of others. We will flow through postures a couple of times in class, so we will move slightly faster than what you may be accustomed to in the “Hot 60” practice.

HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training – is a rigorous class combining interval training sequences and high intensity exercises. You’ll push your body at 80-90% max effort during the interval segments with short recovery periods between each set.
This class is a full body workout designed to build cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength, power and endurance followed by 10 minutes of post HIIT stretching.

Barre

Re-shape your mind and body with this upbeat movement class. Barre uses props such as a ballet barre, resistance bands, balls, light weights, and your yoga mat. Get ready for a full-body workout that lengthens, strengthens, tones, and shapes your muscles through small isometric movements. Added bursts of cardio to get your heart rate up.

All levels.

Hot Yin Yang

A class that fuses the flow from vinyasa classes with deep stretching from yin classes to find balance on and off the mat.
The Yang section of this class will have you gently moving through a flow sequence to link breath and movement. The Yin section is a sequence of yoga poses that require little or no muscular exertion; each pose is held for several minutes with or without the use of props.
Expect to flow for 20 minutes in the beginning of class before you wind down and settle into the yin practice of stretching. Participants leave feeling grounded, well rested, and nourished.

Hot Yin Yang + Meditation

This class fuses the flow from vinyasa classes with deep stretching from yin classes and offers an opportunity to drop in to a guided meditation to find balance on and off the mat.
The Yang section of this class will have you gently moving through a flow sequence to link breath and movement. The Yin section is a sequence of yoga poses that require little or no muscular exertion; each pose is held for several minutes with or without the use of props.
Expect to flow for 20 minutes in the beginning of class before you wind down and settle into the yin practice of stretching followed by meditation. Participants leave feeling grounded, well rested, and nourished.

Kundalini

This class offers the opportunity of tapping into the abundant well of energy in your body! Kundalini energy is a concentrated form of “prana” (life-force), lying dormant in the “chakras” (energetic centers) in the body. Kundalini classes are made up of “kriyas” (rapid, repetitive actions done with breath). This form of yoga releases stagnant energy and stress, lifts and lengthens the spine, and awakens untapped energy within you.

Restorative

This gentle class explores our ability to release and relax through supported yoga poses. Expect to move slow and use props so that your body, mind, and nervous system are able to completely surrender. Relaxation helps the immune system, injury recovery, sleep, and the stresses of life. Come in and treat yourself to an hour of chill time!

Maui Flow

Playful, uplifting, and inspiring flow classes that use props and Iyengar techniques to build a strong alignment-based practice. These classes build “tapas” (heat) in the body by flowing and by slowing it down. By holding postures for longer increments of time, your work begins when you want to get out of the pose. In all Maui classes you will have fun and leave class feeling rejuvenated, strong, and relaxed.

Mat Pilates

This class incorporates slow, controlled movements to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement.

Reformer | Advanced Athletic

Strengthen your entire body with this challenging Reformer workout! Students will work through unilateral movements, balance challenges, stability exercises, and a broad spinal range of motion. Get ready to sweat!

Reformer | Athletic Conditioning

This is a great cross training class for those of you that love playing outside or on your favorite sports team. We will move through intermediate – advanced work to help prevent injuries, stabilize joints, strengthen the core, and find balance in the body and mind.

Reformer | Happy Hour

A great end of the day class, either after a long day on the mountain or at your desk. The class will flow through beginner – intermediate work to include spinal mobility, mindful stretches, joint stabilization, and of course some core work.

Reformer | Mixed Level

Expect a combination of original pilates exercises mixed with a little spice. We will use lots of props in order to focus on flexibility, coordination, balance, power, and all over body awareness. Join us for a fun, mid-level class!

Reformer | Strength and Conditioning

An intermediate/advanced level class that will flow through many variations and progressions. Students will experience a blend of cardio, strength, and flexibility with challenging variations and combinations. This is a great class to work on your stamina, endurance, and coordination!

Sculpt

When muscle meets yoga, Sculpt is born. Safely incorporating free weights into your flow, you’ll intensify each pose while mixing in strength-training moves such as bicep curls, lunges, and squats. You will jump through plyometrics in this class! What does that mean? It means that this class will boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you flow, jump, and sweat to upbeat tunes!

85 – 88 degrees

Yin Yang + Nidra

This class provides a space to move, stretch and truly reset. This class fuses the flow from vinyasa classes with deep stretching from yin classes and offers an opportunity to drop in to a guided Yoga Nidra Practice which fosters a deep state of relaxation.
The Yang section of this class will have you gently moving through a flow sequence to link breath and movement. The Yin section is a sequence of yoga poses that require little or no muscular exertion; each pose is held for several minutes with or without the use of props.
Expect to flow for 20 minutes in the beginning of class before you wind down and settle into the yin practice of stretching followed by Yoga Nidra. Participants leave feeling grounded, well rested, and nourished.

PRIVATE SESSIONS

Receive added guidance with one-on-one instruction from our highly skilled Yoga, Meditation, Barre, Fitness, and Pilates instructors. Private Sessions are ‘à la carte.’ You can choose to book Pilates Reformer only privates or mix in other private sessions under the same package for private instruction in: Yoga, TRX, Bosu, Fitness, Mat Pilates, Meditation, Sound Bowl Healing, and Aerial Silks. On site rates are as listed below and include mat rentals. For off site bookings, please add $30 for transportation/ visit and $2/ mat for mat rental as needed.
