Flow classes will give you a full-body workout while challenging the mind in an energetic and dynamic flow. They build heat, endurance, flexibility, strength, and concentration.
  • Power classes are faster, energetic, flow classes that build strength, endurance, flexibility, and concentration. These classes give your physical body an ultimate workout, focus, and steady your mind, increase proprioceptive awareness, calm your CNS, and replenish your energy stores. Please be mindful of your body and always modify or slow down as you need!
  • Ashtanga Yoga is a lineage passed on from Sri K Pattabhi Jois that unites practitioners all around the world. The postures stay the same and we change as we practice the set sequences. Ashtanga Flow explores the Primary Series. Occasionally the teacher may introduce some Second Series postures. Try it out! Feel the support from a very large family and the intelligence inherent in this practice.
  • Maui classes are playful, uplifting, and inspiring flow classes that use props and Iyengar techniques to build a strong alignment-based practice. These classes build “tapas” (heat) in the body by flowing and by slowing it down. By holding postures for longer increments of time, your work begins when you want to get out of the pose. In all Maui classes you will have fun and leave class feeling rejuvenated, strong, and relaxed.
  • Let’s get it on! Re-shape your mind & body in this upbeat movement class. Combining use of a ballet barre, resistance bands & balls, light weights, and your yoga mat, get ready for a full-body workout that lengthens, strengthens, tones, and shapes your muscles.
  • When muscle meets yoga, Sculpt is born. Safely incorporating free weights into your flow, you’ll intensify each pose while mixing in strength-training moves such as bicep curls, lunges, and squats. This class will boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you flow and sweat to upbeat tunes. Sweat your worries away!
  • Functional movement inspired class targeting every inch of the body. This class will raise your heart rate while strengthening and toning your body using light weights and drawing on techniques from popular fitness classes like the Barre method, the Pilates method, cardio aerobics and boot camp classes.
  • 26 posture series designed to stretch and warm the muscles while encouraging balance, strength, flexibility, and weight-loss. Room is 105°F and 50% humidity. Hot 60 is a 60 minute class, one set of 26 postures. Hot 75 is a 75 minute class, two sets of the standing postures, one set of the floor sequence. Hot 90 is a 90 minute practice, two sets of 26 postures. The postures and practice remain steady and consistent while we begin to evolve and change.
  • Let’s chill and relax a little! This class fuses the flow from vinyasa classes with deep stretching from yin classes to find balance on and off the mat. Expect to flow for 20 minutes in the beginning of class before you wind down and settle into the yin practice of stretching. All levels are welcome, great for beginners and advanced yogis alike.
  • Get down and sweaty in this cardio driven heated class. You’ll flow and hold postures, explore back bends and hip openers, build strength and flexibility in a dynamic, fun, calorie burning class. This practice is a nice blend for those looking to explore new postures and sequencing set to music in the hot room. Room is 100°F and 45% humidity.
  • Healthy Back classes focus on supporting the back through various modalities, AIS stretching, targeted strengthening exercises, and proper alignment. Even if you have no back pain you will benefit from the abdominal and back exercises, hip openers and moving with proper supportive alignment. Your spine is your backbone, learn how to thrive and not just survive!
  • FULL OF HEART, ALIGNMENT AND SPIRITUAL INSIGHT ~ for all of you who would enjoy experiencing the body-mind-spirit well-being of a gentler yoga class. This class is for you if you’ve been wanting to do yoga and prefer a gentler class and/or if you have injuries and are not able to take a vigorous class.
  • This gentle flow class explores basic principles of alignment, offers modifications to make postures more accessible to your body, and offers you an opportunity to work more intimately with a small class to refine your practice. A strong foundation is instrumental to a long-life of asana practice. Take the time to build your foundation before jumping into a faster flow class.
  • A calming, gentle, more restorative flow class for you to unwind at the end of your day in a candle lit room. Through a slower flow and from holding postures longer, this class helps release tension in the body and settles the “monkey mind.”
  • Kids love yoga because it is fun! Yoga is a tool that promotes self-awareness, self-esteem, body awareness, and ultimately Self-Love. When kids participate in yoga, these personality traits are nurtured and supported. The more the merrier! Arrange with a group of friends to drop your kids off together so that your children will have more friends to practice yoga with.
