Vinyasa Flow + Core Flow

Through mindful movement, breath, and thoughtfully choreographed sequencing, our vinyasa flow classes aim to expand awareness within the mind and body. Expect to move through sun salutations followed by a variety of postures to open the body and challenge the mind. 88 degrees + 60% humidity

Power Hour

Our power hour classes are a faster, more energetic vinyasa flow class. In a power yoga class, students will build strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind. We recommend some yoga experience. 88 degrees + 60% humidity

Maui Flow

Maui classes are playful, uplifting, and inspiring flow classes that use props and Iyengar techniques to build a strong alignment-based practice. These classes build "tapas" (heat) in the body by flowing and by slowing it down. By holding postures for longer increments of time, your work begins when you want to get out of the pose. In all Maui classes you will have fun and leave class feeling rejuvenated, strong, and relaxed. Great for all levels, 85 degrees + 60% humidity

Ashtanga

Ashtanga Yoga is a lineage of yoga passed on from Sri K Pattabhi Jois that unites practitioners all around the world. The practice expands with the practitioner and creates a steady platform for the mind to settle into. The practice becomes more about the breath and focusing the mind than the postures; however, the set sequences do become more and more physically challenging as you advance in the practice. Yoga Experience Recommended; Please modify as you need. 88 degrees + 60% humidity

Hot 60 + Hot 90

Either 60 or 90 minutes, this 26 asana series is designed to stretch and warm the muscles, while encouraging balance, strength, flexibility and weight-loss. While Hot Yoga is a great place for beginners to initiate their yoga practice, it also offers the seasoned yogi continued growth with challenging advanced postures. Great for all levels. 105 degrees, 50% humidity.

Hot Fusion

Get down and sweaty in this cardio driven heated class. You'll flow and hold postures, explore back bends and hip openers, build strength and flexibility in a dynamic, fun, calorie burning class. This practice is a nice blend for those looking to explore new postures and sequencing set to music in the hot room. 100 degrees plus 50% humidity; Yoga Experience Recommended

Hot Yin Yang

Fuses the flow from vinyasa classes with deep stretching from yin classes to find balance on and off the mat. Expect to flow for 20 minutes in the beginning of class before you wind down and settle into deeper stretches. All Levels, great for beginners and advanced yogis alike. 92 degrees + 50 % humidity

Sculpt

When muscle meets yoga, Sculpt is born. Safely incorporating free weights into your flow, you'll intensify each pose while mixing in strength-training moves such as bicep curls, lunges, and squats. You will jump through plyometrics in this class! What does that mean? It means that this class will boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you flow, jump, and sweat to upbeat tunes! 85 - 88 degrees + humidity

Barre

Re-shape your mind and body in this upbeat movement class. Barre uses props such as a ballet barre, resistance bands, balls, light weights, and your yoga mat. Get ready for a full-body workout that lengthens, strengthens, tones, and shapes your muscles through small isometric movements. All levels. Room Temp. Sometimes heated to 87 degrees plus humidity.

Kundalini

Tap into the abundant well of energy in your body! Kundalini energy is a concentrated form of "prana" (life-force), lying dormant in the "chakras" (energetic centers) in the body. Kundalini classes are made up of "kriyas" (rapid, repetitive actions done with breath). This form of yoga releases stagnant energy and stress, lifts and lengthens the spine, and awakens untapped energy within you. All levels; Room Temperature

Healthy Back

This class focuses on supporting the back through various modalities: AIS stretching, targeted strengthening exercises, yoga postures, and proper alignment. We flow through postures to support safe and healthy movement of your body. Come prepared to sweat and learn to empower your mind and body as you strengthen your spine and develop mobility with less or no pain! Even if you have no back pain you will benefit from the abdominal and back exercises, hip openers and moving with proper supportive alignment. Your spine is your backbone, learn how to thrive and not just survive! All levels; Room Temperature

Heartfelt Restore

This class is a blend of gentle yoga poses, breathing exercises and heart-centered meditation. Open to students of all ages and all levels who might enjoy this gentle, introspective, heart- opening yoga experience to conclude the weekend and as a reset for the week ahead.

Restorative

This 75-minute restorative class will lead you through a relaxation experience that is beneficial for Body and Mind. Students will be led through very gentle movements, encouraging a connection to the breath & body. With the use of props such as blocks, bolsters, blankets and straps, students will be supported in 5-8 different restorative postures for gentle opening of the body and calming of the mind. A perfect opportunity to wind down on your Saturday evening! All levels; Room Temperature

Gentle Flow

In Gentle Flow you will be guided through postures in a Vinyasa flow style while linking conscious breath. You may begin with more basic postures with the chance to move into more challenging poses based on your practice level. Props are encouraged to allow the body to achieve proper form and to keep you comfortable. This is a great class for students looking for a more gentle experience, those who need a change of pace, yet still have the option to take it to the next level. Practiced in a warm room; 82 degrees

Candle Light Flow

A calming, gentle, more restorative flow class for you to unwind at the end of your day in a candle lit room. Through a slower flow and from holding postures longer, this class helps release tension in the body and settles the "monkey mind." All levels; Room Temperature

Hot en español

Hot en español! 60 minutos de clase, apta para cualquier nivel yoga. En esta clase se practican posturas basadas en la secuencia del hot yoga, se introducen algunas variaciones seleccionadas por por el instructor con el fin de buscar balance, flexibilidad y fuerza del cuerpo, esto a la vez que se pierde peso. Esta clase es recomendada para personas que quieren dar sus primeros pasos en el conocimiento del yoga y/o profundizar en la practica. Las instalaciones para las prácticas son ideales, con un salón donde ma temperatura es de 105 grados y la humedad del 50%. Te esperamos! No olvides traer agua para la clase.

Aikijujutsu/Aikido

Aikido is a Japanese martial art that focuses on ethical conflict resolution. Founded by Ueshiba Morihei, Aikido employs sweeping circular movements, joint manipulation, pressure points, sweeps and throws; all in an effort to blend with the attacker's energy and lead towards deescalation. YINyasa

YINyasa combines the flow sequencing of a Vinyasa class with the long-held stretches and opening postures of a Yin Yoga class. You can expect to move through a gentle to moderate flow to cultivate a connection to breath and body before slowing it down for deep stretches. Props such as blocks, bolsters, straps and blankets may be used to facilitate these deeper, more restorative stretches and shapes. All levels.
